Fabric Inspection and Preshrin
Before production begins, the fabrics are inspected and undergo preshrinking treatment to prevent shrinkage after garment assembly.
Cutting
The fabric is cut into the required parts (like front panels, back panels, sleeves) based on design patterns.
Sewing
The cut fabric pieces are sewn together in the correct order to create the garment. This is the core step in garment production and includes multiple stations.
Semi-Finished Product Inspecti
After sewing, semi-finished products are inspected for loose threads, size accuracy and seam strength.
Finishing
This step includes ironing, trimming loose threads, adding buttons, and other details to enhance the garments appearance.
